Last week, Fannie Lou Hamer Freedom High School was featured in a Chalkbeat NY piece highlighting the work of a class called ‘Looking for Argument’. During the course, teachers lead students through ‘cycles’ of watching teacher debates, researching nonfiction texts, and creating their own verbal and written arguments.
